Zero stars should be an option!
1. Dishonest = Called a week ahead to cancel service, and was told by customer service it was canceled. Put bottles out for pickup, and they dropped another load of full bottles. Called again! Said they would pick up and refund money! Liars! Never came. Called again and they said I hadn't canceled and couldn't return the new bottles! Liars/Scam artist/Scumbags.
2. Horrible Service = They messed up the # of bottles virtually every time! They delivered the wrong type of water. Pathetic
3. You cannot talk to a local office! Everything is routed to paid liars in Atlanta Georgia. Wonder why they have horrible service.
4. Quality? The first few months the water was great, THEN THEY STARTED DROPPING OFF DIRTY GARBAGE TASTING WATER! FRAUDS.
5. Summation = Dishonest/horrific customer service/flat out lying and fraud.
