I scheduled a show almost an entire month in advance for my sons birthday party. I got him very excited. He loves snakes and lizards. 2 weeks before his party they emailed me to tell me that they aren't going to make it because the handlers won't be in town. A mistake they should not have made in the first place. I am upset because I got Ryder and my party guests excited about something that I've locked in with this company and they unfortunately have let me down. If you book a show, just make sure you have a back up plan.
