So after writing the review I was put in contact with Vinny, after sending him the estimate for the unneeded work and the bill for the $198 we paid to have the unit fixed from someone else, he sent us a check for $198 with his apologizes. So if something happens in our home that requires another service call we will be calling them back to give them another try. They did go the extra mile to make sure this was taken care of.
