We had been anxiously awaiting the opening of Biscuits Cafe as there are very few breakfast/lunch places that are worth going to in this area. We were not disappointed! The space is roomy and inviting and the staff is friendly and knowledgable. We started with coffee, which was hot and very tasty. The menu is extensive and covers all of the breakfast and lunch favorites anyone could ask for. The prices are moderate averaging around $10 per person for breakfast entrees but which may seem a bit expensive but once your food arrives, you will know why! My wife ordered the chorizo omelette which was awesome and huge, served with an equally huge portion of perfectly cooked hash browns and two very large, impeccably toasted sourdough slices. I ordered the biscuits and gravy which is accompanied by two eggs and your choice of bacon, sausage or ham. I ordered my eggs over medium and the bacon. The eggs were a bsolutely perfect and the bacon was thick and tasty. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!
