A very unprofessional operation! I made an appointment with this office and was told to come at 9:45, but if I went on the patient portal and filled out my information, which I did, I wouldn't need to come until 10:15. I arrived and signed in at 10:00, was ignored until 10:15, at which time the receptionist called me up and told me that my appointment was for 9:45, and that I would have to reschedule. I showed her my notes which said my appointment was at 10:15, but after checking with the doctor she insisted I would have to reschedule. I am working night shift and had to get up in the middle of my sleep to make this appointment! After reading other reviews on here I see that this is not an unusual occurrence! I will find a different doctor in an office that has some respect for their clients!
