Southwest Airlines is not helping themselves using this company as a preferred partner. After standing in line for 45min we were told that the car we reserved was not available. We could wait who knows how long for one to be returned or..... we could get a different type for double our reserved price (as long as we paid for a full tank of gas). The employees said this was a common occurrence since they always overbook.
We will never use this company again and hope no one else does either so they don't have to go through this.
