Awful people here. I hate dealing with car dealerships and this place epitomizes everything there is to hate about them. Trying to buy an immediate car for a daily driver for myself and a family driver 6 months to a year out. I pull up a guy walks up asking what I need I tell the guy I'm looking at the Camry's or maybe a Scion. He says "Oh let me go get someone else he's new here". So already because I'm trying to buy a budget a car they are making me feel not wanted. The new guy actually did an ok job. My biggest issue is it took forever for every car I wanted to test drive. The other salesmen were carting people around in golf carts my guy would run down the lot pick one up then drive it back to where I was waiting. I told him repeatedly I was looking at other dealerships that day but he insisted I sit down to "go over brochures" for the models he showed me then says "wait here let me get the other guy (the one that originally got him) he's more expierenced". Original guy comes back with a wad of paper work and starts filling it out. I tell him "I'm not buying right now I just wanted to get a feel for the newer toyotas" He presses me about what my trade in is going to be. How much do I make what my budget is. I finally tell him I wanted to buy 2 cars and didn't want the payments to exceed $700 total. I told him I also work for a bank and can do my own estimates and didn't need him to 'help' me figure out the monthly payment. He calls the manager over who literally laughs at me and says "This car alone would have a $400 a month payment!" I told him I wasn't looking at that model specifically that I just didn't feel like waiting another 15 - 20 mins for the sales guy to run and get the base model instead of the premium model. He's too dense to seem to understand and keeps going on about how there is no way I can get 2 cars for under $700. Again I reiterate I don't need a financial lecture I work for a bank and get employee discounts. He says "Well this car is 0% financing what's your bank going to give you a negative percentage rate?" Hope you got your jollies moron because you just cost your dealership 2 car sales. Oh I never did see a single brochure or price list models or anything.
