We used u pack twice. Long distance moves both times. First time some stuff went missing and I KNOW I put it on the trailer. Okay, I replaced it. Right now we are moving from AZ to CA. On Monday we got the trailer and the driver said you need to be done (call them and tell come pick up the trailer) by 2 pm Tuesday if you want it by Friday in CA. We were done by -12:30. I personally was loading it along with movers to make it faster. We called u pack several times telling them it will be done by 12-12:30 so you can come any time around that time and pick it up. Okay.... later that night trailer is still there. Calling u pack. They are telling us - no worries , it will be picked up tonight 100%. 8 pm - still there - calling again- telling us the same thing - it will be picked up tonight! Next morning - guess what? It still there. Calling u pack again. And guess what they are telling us? " it says you are guys rescheduled it (pick up) So it looks like we will be stuck in the empty house for a while with 2 little kids. Thank you, u pack! And merry Christmas, btw.
