I signed up for a one year membership. They took $59 and I used it for my service. I mostly got facials and a few body scrubs. Every time I got a age defying facial it was never the same one. One time they left stuff on my face and when I got to work, my face had crape flaking off it.Had to go home and rescrub my face. They never use the full time that the client pays for also. When I went in for my last visit, I assumed that my $59 that they took out on my last month membership would do the same. They did not say anything to me when I got there. When I checked out the $59 facial became $105. I was shocked and extremely mad. No facial that I every got there was every worth that amount of money. When I ask for the owner names they refused to give me there names, just an email with no names. Now, I have to go to the city of chandler to lodge a complaint and to find out who owns this place.
