We've been slowly looking for a new vehicle for our family since this spring, and settled on either a Mercedes GL450 or R350. After searching locally and regionally for a low-mileage example, we came across a GL450 on ebay, located in Mesa, AZ. We contacted Jake directly at JBA, and he readily provided all information on the vehicle, had no problem with a third party inspection (which we ended up not using), and was extremely helpful in every way. We live in Southern California, and bought the truck sight unseen. It was shipped out to us the next day be a great company JBA does business with, C&G Transportation. Everything was as documented in pictures and in the online adds (ebay, JBA site, and CL). Within a few days we did notice one of the corners was sagging a little, which is a very common Mercedes Airmatic air shock problem. We brought it in to our local mechanic (S & S Inland Star) who quickly fixed it, and was paid for by JBA. Our mechanic was very pleased by how easy the communication and reimbursement was as well. No hidden fees, timing, or drama at any point in the process. Best of all, the vehicle is exactly as represented. We are ecstatic with the experience, and plan on going back to JBA when it's time to replace this or any other vehicle. Highly recommended.
