After going to this school 3 years ago and taking the school test literally 11 times, I finally passed back in October and am now a licensed Realtor with Keller Williams. Their pre-license test is very hard. I believe they have 5 or 6 different versions consisting of 200 questions each, but your study guides have a total of 900 questions. That was the frustrating part. It was hard to know exactly what to study and if you got under a 65% on your test they wouldnt tell you what you got wrong. I will say though that, once you finally pass the school test you will have absolutely no problem passing the state & national. The real tests are much easier. The good thing about that is with the real tests you have to pay $75 each time. So, ASREB definitely ensures that you won't have to do that. My advice is dedicate a whole couple of days to just studying your butt off. I literally sat for 7 hours reading and highlighting the book the night before the exam that I finally passed. This was much easier for me than studying from the practice tests. If you strongly know the material you wont get the answers wrong, no matter what the questions are. As unmotivated and frustrated as I would get at times, if I could go back and do things over I would choose this school again. Good luck to your real estate endeavors! Never give up! You can do it!
