I stopped in recently to buy ski boots for my girlfriend and get my snowboard ready for the season. Little did I know that I would be back 5 more times over the next month and a half to get these tasks accomplished. I will spare you the boring details of why I had to return so many times but along the way I realized the confusion, incompetence, and outdated nature of this operation during that time. I will admit that the prices are very good and they do have some very helpful employees (believe me after 6 visits in less than two moths I got to meet them all). With the internal systems they have in place you would think it's 1993. I will try to avoid willi's in the future even though it seems to be the only ski shop in town.
