The owner wanted me to pay $5 to print off a ups shipping label! Which I think is ridiculous but if it's the policy then I get that. It was her oh well too bad attitude that was very rude. She literally shrugged her shoulder at me. So I went to FedEx and got it printed for 15 cents! When I returned a few minutes later her and her associate just stared at me the whole time. No greeting no apology no customer service at all!! I complained about the service to the associate and was completely shocked when she told me the other associate was the owner!! Then she proceeds to answer the phone while I'm talking to her! No excuse me or anything. Absolutely no regard for the customer! Please go to a different location this place is horrible! Owner sent me a rude message after reading my honest review.
