I was driving around the mall and was HUNGRY! So I saw this sign that said all you can eat sushi. I popped in... The price was ok $22 at lunch time. But seriously, I ordered quite a few different rolls and pieces of sushi. Everything was quite tasty. The only problem I had was that there was one roll that I really wasn't crazy about. It was good, but not my favorite. If I didn't finish it, I would have had to pay extra for it. That is the only draw back to these types of places. The Sushi Chef was outstanding. He was checking my progress and would ask me as I was finishing a roll, what I would like next. THere wasn't any real lag time between rolls. Next time I am in Vegas, I plan on going back.
