Our family has been seeing Dr. Burns for about 3 years now. We have a Great Dane who is quite medically complex. Dr. Burns has been great! She is patient, easy to get a hold of and always takes the time to educate us on disease process as well as lots of treatment options. Her office is able to accommodate a big pup like our sweet girl. We had to leave her with Dr. Burns one day for x-rays and were relieved to see that they have a large dog area where she could stay comfortably instead of being crammed into a crate. The staff is also wonderful, always friendly, smiling and helpful. They have even helped load up our pup in our car when she wasn't feeling well. Dr. Burns has always been sensitive about cost associated to care and offers alternative options in treatment.
We are happy we have found someone who puts the importance of our pets care as high as we do. Priority Pet is more than an accurate name, it's reflective in the care that Dr. Burns and her staff provide.
