Wow, great place went to hell in a handbasket in ONE DAY. Labor Day 2015 to be clear. We have come here and received great customer service & deals in the past, 3 major appliances in fact. We'd walk in & a gentlemen in his 60's or so would shout out, "I'll be with you folks in just a moment!" ....and he was. Customer service, spot on! Today, we were ignored by 3 rotund men under 50. First one was busy with some cantankerous old ladies & he said "Welcome" to us. The other two were busy. We were there maybe 30 minutes and as other customers filtered out we were STILL ignored. A new customer walked in & he was helped before us. Not ONE WORD OF SERVICE. So, they've lost long standing clients. From now on we'll buy online or another business. Customer service people, it means a lot.
