It seems to me that any negative reviews posted on here are marked by you as "unrecommended" so that the warnings of people who have had bad experiences will be unavailable to potential customers. I brought muffins? I was never aware of this .. I don't know why I would decide to bring muffins to a hair appointment. And against who's advice ?? I don't know why I would ever request to have the extensions placed on the top of my head or more than an inch away from the root after having extensions for over 5 years. The stylist never said anything about the placement of the hair extensions except for justifying to me why she was placing them that far down saying "that is how she usually does it" until I realized she was placing them more than an inch away from my roots and near my part line on the top of my head! I had assumed someone at a salon would know how to install tape hair extensions. I have had hair extensions on and off for over 5 years now and have never had an experience like this. And if a full cash refund is what I should've been given that is news to me. I walked out paying 280$ and was only given 125$ back after having the extensions removed.
