Four Peaks will forever be one of my favorite places. I have so many great memories here (dates, college graduation, family dinners). And I have never once had a bad experience, either with the food or the service. My favorite food items are the chicken enchiladas, the taproom tenderloin, quesadilla, and the brickhouse wings. My favorite beers are the 8th street ale, sunbru, and hop knot. Last night, I came to watch the cubs game. We ordered the green chili sopes, which were on special for the night, and the carne asada tacos. I also ordered the peaks mimosa, which is composed of equals part of their peach ale beer and champagne. This is the perfect drink when you are craving a cocktail, but you can't not have beer at Four Peaks! I'll always love this place, but it definitely has a corporate feel after the acquisition. They have done some renovations, added a shop, and another bar. All good additions, but leads to a more corporate, chain restaurant feel vs. their unique, authentic look of the past.
