The salon had a nice little shabby chic thing going and lots of product to purchase, if you're into that, but for the cost of the service, nothing about it is worth it. The pedicure was weak... feet are washed in a steel bowl with a few rose petals thrown in, they're shy about massage, about removing callus, about all of it, really. The filing/polish job was not impressive and with no dryer available, my nails smudged about 5 mins after I left. The polish selection was weak and I ended up having them use my own. There was absolutely NOTHING remarkable about the manicure. Basically, at this place you're paying for the cottage look, the tea or martinis, but NOT the actual service. You can get way more for way less at other spas. Like the other reviewers have said, service was very cursory and forgettable. I didn't realize how much I didn't enjoy this experience until sitting down to write about it. Huh!
