EXCELLENT care. He treats you as family, he listens and he cares. It may take 2-3 days BUT he does get back to you on their online patient portal. More importantly he knows the right people to get you the continuing care and/or specialized care you need. He advocates for me with my team of doctors and if it wasn't for him my thyroid cancer(s) would have gone undetected. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Smith.
If I could do a separate review, the office would get MAYBE a 2 star. They seem to have a pretty rapid turn over rate which means you constantly are working with someone new and in training. Co-pays and pricing often get confused, but they are usually nice and just need a little extra time and assistance!
