Decent motel for the price. Great location, rooms were tiny but very modern furnishings.
The rooms don't come with hairdryers so I had to ask to borrow one from the front desk. Room was pretty clean, although I did find a hair on my bed. Also I found the water pressure to be a bit low, and the tub drainage was stuck so water filled up as I was taking a shower (needed to use a mini shampoo bottle to keep the plug open).
You can hear talking and cars outside but it was quiet after 10pm. I guess this is a nicer part of Arizona so the people here were not as rude or shouting at odd hours of the night. Only stayed here for one night and my neighbours were not very noisy thankfully.
No free wi-fi though, have to pay extra for it.
