I have been meaning to head out to this dairy for a long time now and after using Strauss Family Creamery organic half and half, I knew it was time to give the local dairy a try.
I am so glad I did!!
Though I went in for half and half, the desk clerk suggested I try the heavy cream for my coffee. I have tried heavy cream from factory farms before and it leaves a sort of film, if you will, on the inside of my mouth. The Danzeisen Dairy heavy cream is incredibly smooth and the perfect complement to coffee. I can't wait to actually whip some of the cream up as well as make a little bit of homemade butter. Yum yum yum.
