Poor service with manipulative pricing. Requested service to fix some of the glass doors which were installed several years ago at a price of $30,000 along with many windows. In order to get them to come back they have hourly pricing. Doesn't sound bad until they automatically send two people and have one person work for 10 minutes and sit in the truck for the rest of the time the other person is working. That creates an automatic two hours of work for 45 minutes of accomplishments. So you automatically get billed for two hours even if the entire project could be accomplished by one person in 30 minutes. Look around for better options.
