I have driven by this place almost daily for years but yesterday some of my co-workers and I ate lunch there. Most of us had the Cod fish lunch special with fries lemon and butter. One co-worker had chicken fried steak, another had roast beef and mashed potatoes with brown gravy. She enjoyed the potatoes and gravy of course, she said the meat needed more seasoning. I had the cod fish but I learned I could switch out the fries for a veggie, I had the greens which were the highlight of my meal. Those green beans were so good I could actually see myself getting two sides of green beans to go often. I hope they'll sell them to me. My co-workers loved the bread, two of them bought loaves to go. I didn't, there's no way I want to be alone in my house with a loaf of good bread when I have butter!
