First time staying at a Holiday Inn Express. I have to say, I'm actually floored by what we got for the money. We booked this hotel 2 hours before we got here. Every member of the staff I dealt with was an absolute all star! Exceedingly friendly, helpful, and courteous.
This is my 4th trip to the CLT metro area, and the staff here is hands down one of the best I've ever had the pleasure to interact with.
The room was immaculate, pleasant smelling, and in top notch shape. The pool area is lovely, and the courtyard in the back provided me the perfect place to relax with a beer and cigar.
Should my travels bring me back to Gastonia, I will definitely be staying here again.
