Getting a root canal is not my idea of fun. But it was definitely needed with the kind of pain I was in. My regular dentist referred me to this Endodontist for some special care.
Dr Shalev's office did an excellent job working me into the schedule on short notice. The office is located on the second floor of the professional office building. The staff has a tremendous amount of patience for their patients. Dealing with people who aren't at their best can take a toll but they definitely remain professional and warm.
The doctor and his assistant made me very comfortable and reassuring. I don't like the sight of needles ~ especially when I know they are being poked into my gums. They would make sure I didn't see them by talking me through what their process was. He was definitely good at his job because I didn't feel any pain from the novocaine injection. Before I knew it I was done.
I would like to thank the staff for making a painful situation better than I could expect.
