I am appalled with the customer service. I went in to cancel my membership and it never ended up being cancelled so I was charged again. I called to speak to a manager and the girl I spoke with said she would call me back...she never did, I had to call in again to speak with her. I was told she would contact corporate to issue the refund. The refund never issued my bank account so I called again, mistakes happen I know I too work in customer service. So I simply call back to see if there was something they could do the manager, Marissa was apologetic and gave me corporate number. I called and left a voicemail and waited two days before I called again. I called again and no answer, left another voicemail and waited for a response...still no call back. I called the salon again and spoke with Marissa, she said she was going to call one of the girls at corporate on her cell phone while I was on the phone, she didn't answer. I was told by Marissa she would text her to call me ASAP...two days later, still no call back...still no refund. I called corporate again today and once again got the voicemail. I don't expect a call back either. I am very upset because I keep getting the run around about a refund that should be very simple. Worst customer service.
