Came in knowing I needed some dental work, but really needed a basic cleaning and a quote. I know deep cleanings aren't cheap but I had recently gotten an estimate for $350 before I moved and this dentist wants over $800. The "basic" one for $350 won't really do anything they explain and isn't even worth it.
When I explained I couldn't afford the deep cleaning now and would really just like my basic, fully covered, cleaning they basically refused.
I had to convince them to do it and then, even though I had been there for well over an hour and a half already, they left me waiting in the chair for another 45 minutes, I feel like they really just wanted me to leave since I wouldn't be giving them all of my money.
I guess basic patients not spending thousands of dollars aren't worth their time.
I wanted so badly to like this dentist as the office and staff seem very nice but I don't want to be conned.
