I moved out of Pillar at Taviano about 9 months ago due to some financial changes, change of jobs, and wanting newer amenities. And let me tell you for the last 9 months I have had the worst living experience of my entire life at Symphony Apartment homes, just down the street. I looked at MANY and are very familiar with the communities in this area. And Pillar at Taviano is really the best deal, and even with the older amenities is worth it for the amazing customer service. After having a horrible experience at Symphony apartment homes, from the property manager not responding to e-mails for literally 3 months and lying to your face about SO many issues. I am just ecstatic to be moving back into Pillar at Taviano where the manager,Lisa actually cares about you and the experience you have. And where maintenance actually does their job to the fullest of their ability. I'm very happy to say the least to be moving back into Pillar at Taviano, where I am worry free.
