I recently went into the spa to do a day pass and enjoy the spa amenities. Though it wasn't terrible, it wasn't great either. The spa looked clean, but there were some mishaps that made my stay not as great as I had hoped for . First off, the staff at the front desk (where you pay for the day pas) were very kind. They were informative and pleasant. However, some of the staff in the spa weren't as kind or pleasant. Staff walking by didn't even say hello, or every once in a while ask if you're doing okay when I'm used to going to spas and the staff are overly friendly and attentive , was hard to get used to. Unless of course you Love when people ignore you and leave you alone, you may enjoy this environment . When I went outside to sit by the pool, one of the girls was filling up the water jar for guests and when something flew in it she stuck her fingers in the water and removed whatever it was, covered the ice water up and off she went . She just stuck her dirty hands in the water that I'm supposed to drink ? Wow. I wanted to get up and complain but it was my birthday , I just didn't have the energy. I went back inside , showered (hair all over the showers ), and went to get some tea or coffee. Both were empty. Had to wait a bit to find someone to fill them up. I finally got my hot water but never did I get the coffee. I waited about 30 minutes while I got ready and when I was done still no coffee so I just left. The steam room wasn't as hot as I told it would be . The snacks were just apples that one had been going bad and a bit glossy like they weren't washed at all. Nuts and seeds would have been better. Overall it wasn't the worst stay but right under "eh." Hopefully they'll improve a bit . It's a good deal if you're staying there and it's included in your stay but I wouldn't get a day pass again unfortunately .
