I give them no stars! Awful! Awful! I was so disappointed in the service by Sherry Chaffin as the property manager ! And the owner Jayson! Omg what a joke! This company dosent care about the Landlord and their Is no communication between property manager and the home owner.
Our contract stated no animals but Sherry Chaffin still allowed the tenant to have a dog. We paid more damages and repairs on our house , then we got paid for the rent. Also when our tenant left our house they didn't hold the deposit back, to get a water bill paid for. That came out of our pocket!
Words cannot express the lack of communication , unprofessional, lack of interest for the homeowners property. I would not recommend this company to A homeowner or tenant looking for a rental.
I am so happy that I am not associated with this company anymore !!!!! It was a nightmare of experience
