This use to be a good store with good management, not anymore. Beware of a cashier named Richard, he likes to get lippy with customers. My wife who is pretty mild mannered was even angry with this guy. I finally had to tell this dude just bag my groceries and I didn't want to hear any more out of him. I filed a complaint through Kroger contact form and requested to be contacted by Ryan the store manager...guess what...nada. Contacted Kroger again and they told me that if the store manager doesn't contact me about the complaint, then there is nothing that can be done. Really? No accountability here. This store is located at 7455 W, Cactus Road. Peoria AZ Buyer Beware!!
