I'm actually shocked by the high ratings of this place... so many servers working but I can't even get my water until 45 minutes of sitting and saying "excuse me!" to every waitress and waiter walking by but continually getting ignored. They have maybe 1 waiter for every 10-15 tables which is not bad at all, I've been a waitress and could handle this well enough so I don't empathize with this awful customer service. If all your people are new, have them shadow somebody not run around like chickens with their heads cut off. Ridiculous for a western place, I've had better service at those dingy Chinese places. The food was just okay, expensive for what it was and definitely did not make up for the shitty service. Definitely would not recommend and will never be back.
