I'm still waiting. It's been two hours and counting. Yes, the weather's bad, but this is ridiculous. I could have walked home, back downtown and halfway back home by now. If it weren't 25 degrees out there and raining, I probably would--just to prove my point. Two hours?!? I've called three times, only to hear that no cab has been dispatched.
On my trip into town, five minutes after I called the dispatcher, the cab driver called to say he called to say he was on his way but since I didn't pick up immediately he was going to pick up someone else. Really!?? I had to beg him and tell him how urgent my appointment was. He was there in less than two minutes. His cab reeked of cigarette smoke, but he got me to my destination on time.
Now that my appointment is over I've been waiting and waiting and waiting.
I've relied on taxis in many cities along the East Coast and Midatlantic region, but this is the.worst.service.EVER!!!!! If I could give it negative fifty stars, I would.
