Inconsiderate, incompetent morons. Never in my life have I ever had such a terrible experience with apartments. First, I paid $150 deposit to hold my apartment the second week of March. It is now June 5th and I'm still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. On my move-in day I came with my uhaul and all of my belongings to move into my new apartment. The management office waited until that morning of arrival to tell me I couldn't move in because I have a six year old, non-violent felony, which I informed them about when I paid my deposit, which also was displayed to them when they did my credit check. So not only did I have to live out of my car for a week, I lost out on a lot of money. Now, every week or couple of times a week I call Tiffany or speak with other workers and they completely dick me around. I'm always told they don't know where the money is or they will have a manager call me back or they will call me back or I'm out on hold for over 15 minutes at a time. It's absolutely ridiculous. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK ASSHOLES!
