So I work in miracle mile and have had this place before but not too memorable. Today before work I decided to stop for a burger.
I sat for 4 minutes before the bartender acknowledged me. Then he came over and dropped a menu and then proceeded to help other people. He got their drinks and order in before he even gave me the time of day and I was there first.
Told the bartender I was allergic to tomatoes and he proceeded to give me a cup to go get my own ketchup.................let that sink in
I saw him pouring the company liquor into his own drink cup. Yes guests can see and notice these things.
Girl who dropped the food said "here you go" and walked away. Didn't smile or ask if I needed anything else.
Reason I gave it two stars was the burger. The mac and cheese burger was pretty good. Nothing amazing but solid burger. So the kitchen at least did something good.
