If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is seriously THE WORST. Someone hit my car back in December. And their insurance had to pay for my door to get fixed. Farmers insurance recommended this place so I made an appointment. They didn't have an appointment til about 5 weeks down the road so I took it. My dad dropped my car off and it was supposed to be done in 7 days. 6 days later I call the front desk and ask to speak to my mechanic (Vincent) and they transferred me to his phone which went to voicemail. I left a detailed message on how or when I'm supposed to pick up my car because I was ill informed on the whole process. NO CALL BACK. This cycle continued for about another week. I left his countless voicemails and he only responded to me once saying that the part was not in yet. But come on.. One returned call after 7+ voicemails. The door that they had fixed wasn't even fixed properly but I didn't even want to go back due to the shitty communication. I was out of a car for over 2 weeks. Months later I finally decide to get the shitty door repair refixed. The manager tells me to come back in an hour. I came back 2 hours later and was informed that the manager was on lunch and that I would have to wait for him to come back or stop by later. Sorry for the lengthy review but I just had to express in detail all the reasons why I HATE THIS PLACE!!
