Dealing with auto body shops is painful in general. You never really get what you expect from them - price, time, etc. Parma Auto Body is no different. I took my vehicle to them after an accident to have body work done. Despite promises of being done in 2 days, it took nearly 3 weeks.
In the end, my car rental was almost as expensive as the repair. They worked with me a bit on pricing, but after throwing in the cost of my rental, there was no savings at all. In fact, to make it worse, I actually had to take my vehicle back later because one of the parts malfunctioned. They provided a car for us this time but it was a huge hassle and they made us pay for the car upfront and reimbursed us later. Not pleased.
I will probably not use them again if for no reason other than they take wayyyyyyyy too long to complete the repairs.
