Left my dog over night on a last minute trip (just over 24 hours). Picked him up and he could hardly walk. Called and they said he probably had a pebble/ rock in between his pads. I took a look and his pads were completely peeling off. Poor guy didn't even want to get up for food. Lucky for me I had medicine on hand to make sure they didn't get infected and also for his pain. But, I did have to spend money on the products to make sure the wounds were clean. They dogs are only kept on hard surfaces. Concrete or rocks outside. Not to mention when we were picking him up and we walked outside to see where he was the one person watching over the dogs outside was so disinterested. She was on her phone and didn't even bother to say hello to us. Nice to know she was really watching our dog for us. It was obviously just a job to her and she didn't care. Our dog has a basic chain collar which they didn't even put on him right, and he slipped out of it in the parking lot. Luckily he was excited to see us and came when called. Our next multi day trip out of town we boarded him with a different company. We picked him up and no problems. I will never use this facility again or suggest them to anyone.
