Completely brutal experience. This company just felt to me like a scam, or sort of like they were never really being honest with me, and were trying to charge me extra through phantom charges. I bought a dealfind voucher that stated one thing, but the company tried to add extra charges when I was booking an appointment because I had a high efficiency furnace (but, seriously, you can't even buy anything else now! And, it said nothing about that before). After two over-the-phone arguments, I ended up cancelling my appointment, and calling dealfind, because it all felt wrong. Anyway....something feels very bad here, I will be staying away!
