This place is a shame; this place used to be so good. My family and I ordered tonkotsu ramen and plain udon. The udon was so salty, (the broth was so dark we couldn't even see the udon in it); we asked if we can switch it to a republic ramen. When the republic ramen came out, it was so bland and it just tasted like bean sprouts and carrots (which was the toppings on the ramen). The broth in our tonkotsu ramen was salty as well. We were only able to finish a quarter of our food because it was that bad! My son was hungry still so he really wanted to get a boba drink. It took them close to 15 mins to get us the boba; and man, it was so gross.... I was in shock and in disbelief how horrible the food and drink ended up being... the only positive experience was the staff that was nice despite being stressed out with the amount of customers coming in. They seem stressed, yes, but you can tell they were trying. I'm just so upset that we paid for dinner that was this bad. I NEVER had such a bad food experience like this before EVER... sorry republic, never again.
