The worst company EVER! They replaced my water heater through a home warranty claim. We paid $535 out of our pocket, even though the water heater was still warrantied too!!! The cost was for piping upgraded, thermostat upgraded, and a "permit" by the city who would come and inspect it. All BS!! 4 months later and the city still hasn't come to inspect it and I still hold no permit for the installation but I paid for it!! BS!! And not to mention their rude employees and the fact that they left me and my family with NO HOT WATER for SEVEN DAYS!!!!!! Oh and they also demanded that I pay them my out of pocket cost up front over the phone before they'd come replace my water heater. Wow!! I will be filing a BBB complaint against this company and demanding what I paid for the "supposedly" permit to be returned to me!
