We came here after visiting nearby Brandywine Falls. It had been raining all day so the water levels were higher than normal. The short hike to the falls was easy, with a small bridge crossing along the way. Fall colors added to the scenic and short hike. The waterfall itself is beautiful. You can pretty easily get down to its base. Although there is a sign saying "Trail Ends Here" I've read that you can follow the trail for another half mile to Buttermilk Falls. We didn't try because of the rain and higher than normal stream. The waterfall definitely makes for good pictures, and for those that simply like hiking, there's also a connection to the Buckeye Trail during the hike to the water fall.
