I've never dined in, however this is my go to take out vietnamese place. I've tried their Pho, spring rolls and vermicelli noodle/salad bowls. Everything here is pretty good. Yes it's a bit pricier than what I'm used to paying in Tempe or Downtown Saint Paul (MN) BUT REMEMBER, you are in Scottsdale.
The place is pretty typical when it comes to decor for a Vietnamese restaurant, I like that they have a few extra chairs by the hallway to the bathroom to wait for your take out.
The pho is pretty good, I usually get the combination pho - the ration of sirlon, to tripe and tendon is a little off but nothing to throw a hissy fit about. The noodles as I read in a different review do indeed come in a big lump, but then again I am ordering take out so it's been sitting there for a little before I add to broth - pretty simple solution for me is to throw it in the microwave for 30 seconds. No biggie.
