Real winners here at this place. I called to surprise my boyfriend with a gift certificate for his birthday. He comes here all the time for a haircut. So I call to see if I can stop by to grab one. The charmer on the phone puts me on hold to figure it out. Comes back and says oh we don't do those.
Um really?? This business has been around for at least a couple of years. It's a simple enough thing to have. It's not just the lack of gift certificates, which every business should have btw, it was the lack of empathy and professionalism. The blasé attitude, complete ineptness and idiocy. Learn decent phone skills and stock up on gift certificates like the rest of the world.
I'll buy from someone else who actually provides good customer service and has products for their loyal customers. This place has gotten a little too big for its britches.
