DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had to use them because of our home warranty company. They were supposed to call us within 24 hours of our request to set up an appointment. My husband finally called them because we never received a call. The lady that answered said she would call us back in 1 hour to set up a time. 2 1/2 hours later we call our home warranty company. They call the company back and were informed that they would be out the next day between 10-2. The next day I wait at home for them. 2:40 I finally call them because nobody has shown up. The lady put me on hold then came back stating the tech is still on another call and he should be over in about 45 minutes to 1 hour. 5:00pm still nobody. This time I call my home warranty back to put in a complaint. My rep calls the company and gets the voicemail stating they are closed for the day. She called the emergency number, nobody answered or called back. Here it is 9:48pm and still not a single call from them. I of course live in AZ and it was in the high 90s maybe even 100 today. My thermostat shows 93 degrees upstairs. Needless to say I will never do business with this company again. I hopefully have a new company coming out tomorrow.
