Bought a brand new Grand Design trailer from Orangewood RV. After using it for a couple trips like any new RV there was a short list of issues that needed to be fixed. Made an appointment to take it to their service department assuming the place I bought it from would take better care of me. Fast forward a month (yes a month for minor repairs) and they still have my trailer and not addressed a single thing. Each time I call I get a different story. They have told me they are waiting for authorization from Grand Design. I call GD and they tell me they have authorized it weeks ago. I have also been told they are waiting for parts to ship which a month later for some reason they are still not at the dealer. Very disappointed in the service at Orangewood.
To add to the story. During my walk thru there were quite a few things not working such as water leaks under two sinks. Would have thought they would have checked these items before delivery of a brand new.

THANK YOU Doug for addressing our issues and getting the unit back to us within the week. The shower fix is awesome and the workmanship that was done is top notch! Also, thanks again for looking at the brakes with me and the follow up phone call.
