Once a year I tell myself that there is no way Wendys has not improved...so I try again.. Well,It is possible that this Wendy's is worse than ever..what a shame. So many complaints and many people talk about how the quality has gone down hill..This is just sad.Pathetic actually.Cold.Gross.BAD.... I CANT BELIEVE IT BUT MCDONALDS MAY HAVE BETTER SERVICE AND FOOD! GOODBYE WENDY'S. Things sure have changed over the years and I am amazed they stay open. I guess people truly don't care but I'm done. And the owners most definitely don't care! Today was the last day I kick myself into thinking it will improve.
