Working in the medical field myself (dental) I knew I needed a primary care Doctor. I gotta start adulting sometime. Anyways - I found Dr. Pan through Zocdoc .
Immediately walking inside , I was greeted by Veronica . She is so sweet and has the best smile (again, I'm dental)
There was no wait and the office was so clean. It had a warm feeling . Tastefully decorated .
Dr. Pan listened to my concerns, got to know me, and did my exam .
Between Veronica and Dr. Pan , I felt so comfortable . It didn't feel like a doctors office, but a place I see myself going to for the long run .
You can't teach personality and customer service , and they have it! Highly recommend !
