I've been here for a Bobcats and Hornets game before, but this time I was here for the Bad Boy Family Reunion Concert. Now, I would have given the arena an overall 5 stars, but before the concert began a lady said that we were in the wrong seats and instead of her saying something, she just went to grab an attendant. Now, one of us was in the right seat and the other wasn't so it would have been a simple switcheroo. Why are we also disappointed in the attendant, well because she came over with a flash light waving and she was being really dramatic. I'm guessing it was the only action she'd gotten as an event ticket attendant and she wanted her moment to shine. After, that broadway production was over. My friend and I enjoyed the concert. Parking was simple. We parked in a lot across from the arena. Getting into the concert was also easy. Security check was a breeze. However, the event staff needs to chill out and just simply re-route misplaced concert goers without a being the main attraction.
